This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit this website and when you contact us. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). As a company established in Türkiye we are subject to the KVKK; the GDPR also applies where we process the personal data of people in the European Union, for example because we offer our services to them.
Where your data is processed
The controller and the servers hosting this website are located in Türkiye, outside the European Union and the European Economic Area (EU/EEA). Your personal data is therefore processed in Türkiye. When you visit the site or write to us, you send your data directly to us in Türkiye. The European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision for Türkiye, so the level of data protection may differ from that in the EU/EEA.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies, contains no advertising or analytics trackers and builds no visitor profiles. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place. If you choose a light or dark theme, that preference is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to the server. It is stored only because you chose it and is strictly necessary to provide that function, so no consent is required; you can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Pages, fonts and images are served from our own server; opening a page does not connect you to any third-party service.
Data we process
Server logs. When you visit the site, the web server records technical information such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser details and referring address, to keep the site secure and to diagnose errors. These logs are used only for security and operation, kept for no more than 30 days and then deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and KVKK art. 5/2-f. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website, in particular detecting and defending against attacks and diagnosing errors.
Contact data. When you reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp, your name, contact details, company and the project information you share (location, area, required service) are processed to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: where your enquiry concerns a quote or a possible contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and KVKK art. 5/2-c (steps prior to entering into a contract); for other enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and KVKK art. 5/2-f, our legitimate interest being to answer the messages sent to us. Quotes and correspondence are kept for the periods required by law. Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry.
Third-party services
- 3D model viewer (Sketchfab). Preview images on the 3D Gallery page are served from our own server; a model loads from Sketchfab only when you click its card. Until you do, no connection to Sketchfab is made. When you click, your browser connects to Sketchfab and transmits technical data such as your IP address and browser details to it. Legal basis: your consent, given by clicking the card (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Once loaded, Sketchfab’s own privacy policy applies.
- WhatsApp. If you choose to write to us via WhatsApp, the conversation runs on WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure and your data may be transferred abroad. This channel is optional; you can send the same request by phone or email.
- Map and social links. Links to Google Maps, Instagram, LinkedIn and Sketchfab open a new page, where that service’s own policy applies. No data is sent to these services before you click a link.
Hosting and transfers
The site is hosted by our hosting provider YetkinWeb on servers located in Türkiye (Istanbul). YetkinWeb processes server logs on our behalf, solely to operate and secure the service. Your personal data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be disclosed to competent authorities only where required by law.
Security
All connections to the site are encrypted with TLS. Server access is restricted to key-based authentication and security updates are applied regularly.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
Right to object. Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop the processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
Under KVKK art. 11 you also have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, rectification or erasure, to object to processing and to seek compensation for damage.

Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR). Under the KVKK you may also apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
