Parties

These terms govern the relationship between visitors to www.mapsurvey.eu (the “Site”) and its owner, Mapsurvey Harita Mühendislik Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“MapSurvey”). By using the Site you accept these terms.

Hosting provider

Under Turkish Law No. 5651, MapSurvey is the content provider of the Site and YetkinWeb is its hosting provider. The Site is hosted on YetkinWeb servers in Türkiye.

Nature of the content

Information about services, methods and projects on the Site is for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or a contract. The scope, schedule and price of any service are agreed in writing between the parties.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs, 3D models, point clouds, drawings, logos and design on the Site belong to MapSurvey or to clients who have given permission for their use. They may not be copied, reproduced, used commercially or collected by automated means without written permission. Logos in the references section are trademarks of their respective owners and are shown only to indicate organisations we have worked with.

MapSurvey 3D Portal

The client portal at portal.mapsurvey.com.tr is not part of this Site. It is available to authorised users only and is subject to its own terms.

Links

The Site links to third-party services such as Sketchfab, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and LinkedIn. MapSurvey is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

MapSurvey takes care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but is not liable for typographical errors, temporary interruptions of access or any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Tekirdağ have jurisdiction over any dispute.
