3D Laser Scanning
Dense point clouds of buildings, plants and terrain from handheld SLAM and airborne LiDAR, turned into drawings and BIM.
Surveying and mapping · since 2015
We use drone photogrammetry, terrestrial laser scanning and GNSS to produce base maps, point clouds, 3D models and volume reports, delivered as files and in a 3D portal that opens in any browser.
Services
The people who survey your site are the people who process and deliver the data. Coordinate systems, accuracy and file formats are settled on day one.
01
Dense point clouds of buildings, plants and terrain from handheld SLAM and airborne LiDAR, turned into drawings and BIM.
02
RTK drone flights producing orthophotos, surface models and photorealistic 3D models.
03
Georeferenced base maps with contours for design, zoning and solar projects.
04
Topographic surveys to MAPEG requirements, periodic cut-and-fill and stockpile volumes.
05
City-scale 3D models, orthophotos and GIS layers for municipalities and public bodies.
06
Hotspot detection on solar plants and industrial sites, with a georeferenced thermal map and report.
How we work
We define the site and the need together: boundary, scale, accuracy and file formats.
Drone flights, laser scanning and GNSS. Check points are measured independently on every job.
Data is processed, drawn and modelled; deviations are reported.
Files in the formats you need, plus the 3D data in our portal, open to your team.
MapSurvey 3D Portal · Digital Twin
We bring the drone model, the LiDAR scan and the orthophoto together with their survey dates in a single digital twin. Your team explores, measures, analyses and reports on the site, with nothing to install.
Measure and draw
Point coordinates, slope and horizontal distance, height difference, gradient, plan and 3D surface area; drawings save automatically.
Calculate and analyse
Cut and fill volumes, cross-sections, contour lines, slope and aspect classes, ponding (drainage) analysis.
Timeline
Side-by-side comparison of survey dates, cut and fill change between two dates and progress towards a target level.
Planning and routes
Sun and shadow simulation by date and hour, camera viewshed, vehicle route clearance and building height checks.
Energy
Solar panel layout on roofs and land with an annual yield estimate, plus wind turbine yield estimates.
Inventory
Site inventory such as cameras, poles, panels and trees; place your own 3D models; walk mode, floor filter and clipping box in LiDAR.
Reporting
Printable project and analysis reports; download drawings and inventory as GeoJSON, KML or DXF; add KML layers.
Access
View or edit rights per person, tool permissions per project, encrypted connection and session timeout.
On-premises
The complete portal on your own computer – your data never leaves your company.
Installation on a server in your company network on request. Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit).

Before adding a production line, machinery or a mezzanine, capture the real state of the plant with a handheld SLAM scanner without stopping production.
Find faulty PV modules before winter sets in. Why an autumn thermal drone survey makes sense, what it reveals and how the report is used in the field.
What a digital twin is, what it is used for in construction and industry, and how drones, LiDAR and laser scanning turn a site or building into one.
Tell us where the site is and what you need, and we'll agree the method and timeline together. Quotes are usually ready within 2–3 working days.
